What culture? Where do you live to see and experience this? Sounds horrible!

Here is Southern California I don’t see adults in my circles behave so. There support and therapists in every strip mall.

I always thought those were terms used by people with that victim mentality… the PMSer (poor me syndrome) or someone trying to make money selling their services.
