I am positive for the HLA-B27 gene which results in a serious systemic inflammatory reaction ( formerly called Reiter’s syndrome and now known as Reactive Arthritis) when I consume foods which contain the bacteria no longer being monitored. Antibiotics and prednisone are the treatments. RFK Jr. ending this monitoring is very dangerous for people like me who have this hereditary condition.
