I’m finishing a Faith Connections post on the word “Friend” (as in John 15:15, “I no longer call you servants, but now I call you friends.”), and I’ve been looking for a perfect quote that matches being “friends” with God with the grace of God, unmerited, unrequired. Your C.S. Lewis quote just the minute “dropped out of the sky!” Amazing grace, indeed!
