Yeah, as with most supplements and medication the dose for a jockey and a sumo wrestler should not be the same. Many researchers have found that the dose of Vitamin-D3 is clearly body weight dependent with a growing number finding that the requirement is increased with increasing obesity above what just body weight suggests. I have tabulated what I have extracted from the research and made some handy tables that provide a first approximation of what one could take to try and achieve physiological serum levels.
