As for the seed oil debate the % of calories from PUFA’s that humans consume has been ever increasing to levels never ever seen before. In fact graphs have shown that sugar intake is down and calories consumed has been flat.

Yet we get fatter and the % of PUFA increases. Have a look at the new research showing how they effect the endocannabinoid system.

I’m no expert in Asian cultures other than I 99% sure the Japanese don’t consume the levels of processed food in the west.
