I am learning to always trust our intuition. I had a mild case of pneumonia and I remember how long it took for me to have a day without an intense need for a nap.

I work part-time at Wegmans and keep that mask! Customers and co-workers wear them when they are feeling sick or have sick family. I think it’s one of the positive things from the pandemic. Rest for sure!
