Trump is also a monopolist. His policies favor large companies and grant them monopoly pricing power and at the same time, eliminate domestic competition and manufacturing power.

I’m surprised that his Republican colleagues are not talking about the consequences of Trump’s policies in the way that you do, nor are they imposing discipline on Trump to restrain his behavior.

Perhaps they just want to give him more time since there is still another 3 years left in his term.
