I’m curious if you think the hyperscalers are right that concentrating compute in a few datacenters is the economically efficient path? And so if we want decentralization we either have to fight the market (via regulation) or have decentralized governance of the datacenters somehow via TEEs, FHE, other cryptographic boundaries?

Or could it actually be more efficient to have FLOPS at the edge in computers wholly owned by individuals or communities?
