Thoughtful reminder, Alec. Thanks for this piece, it was a great read. Ironically, today being Dec.7th did NOT click in my head as it has for over five decades of my life. You’re spot on, no one cares anymore. Younger people and immigrants mock Pearl Harbor and WWII. But the saddest part for me is, apparently, Pearl Harbor was a set up. The main man in the Kabuki was one of the worst presidents, and human beings, in the history of our great nation.

Roosevelt. Commie SCUM. He loved him some Stalin!! If the US hadnt poured material, especially logistical vehicles like trucks, in to Stalins gulag of a nation the Germans probably would’ve over run the USSR. So FDR, the evil gift that keeps giving. People condemn Mustache Man, but FDR, Churchill and Stalin, IMO, and I’ve been researching WWII since I was old enough to read, were the true inhuman devils in that Big Top Circus of world wide culling and killing. More alpha white males, pick your nation, were wiped out in the bloody onslaught than during any other period of history. I wont even comment on the butchers box for white men that Vietnam was. I have relatives that fought day one on Omaha and survived (only to slowly kill themselves with alcohol due to chronic, violent PTSD). I have cousins who went sideways after what they experienced in Vietnam. I saw the toll as young, strong white men just out’ve high school in my neighborhood left one day…. and finally came home in a pinewood box.
