Since the main concerns are cost of living and unemployment, will you award any scholarships to persons who can afford neither the deposit nor the event fee and travel expenses? Those who can afford it are, most probably, not suffering from those societal challenges and may not have the perspective needed to solve the problems. Hopefully the event will be a respectful mix.
