Very well put! I have worked and led teams in organisations where I had some, but not enough influence to make this change fully. I burned out trying to drive the full change, but to me the vision is so clear. Apply human centred design principles at the organisational level. Start with Customer experience (because it’s easier to quantify) and back into Employee experience because it’s the flip side of the same coin. Create joint KPIs across teams to foster collaboration and break siloes, then apply the leadership principles you described here. I have built a team based on those principles, but unless it’s embraced by the CEO there are limits to
impact. The business I am building now is designed to help organisations cross that chasm because I agree: it’s the only sustainable way forward.
