it first started off as a critique of the capitalistic foundation of girlboss feminism, then it quickly morphed into them spewing anti feminist rhetoric whilst benefiting from the movement they're against. I also have a hypothesis that the rise in alt right conservatism, divine femininity, soft girl, trad wives content, is also a reflection of the dwindling economy and a rise in economy inequality; when being an entrepreneur, girlboss working 3 jobs is no longer sustainable, why not revert back into morphing oneself into the perfect trophy wife and find a rich man? or at least sell a course on how to do it.
