This resonated deeply. The idea that nothing catastrophic happens when the mask comes off feels like something many people need to hear, especially the ones who hold everything together.

And by “many people,” I mean myself 😅. I carry burdens I don’t have to and make myself a martyr when no one is really asking me to be one.
