Call it manifesting, call it resolving - 2026 here goes…
It’s a big list but not everything sticks or plays out as planned.
Carter Williams and I will be talking about this and throwing down some predictions live tomorrow at 11am ET
-Have the Crusonia Syndicate up and running in Q1 with a convening in Q2 - think $9t market creation based on self-reinforcing capital accumulation through health improvement
-Support new clients focused on systemic change to move the needle towards monetizing whole-person health and not perpetuating sickness - leveraging new CMS models when it makes sense. Help the good guys get ELEVATE awards and leverage ACCESS instead of just the tech bros cleaning up
-Be part of creating an ACO that supports regular PCPs & clinicians embed lifestyle medicine into their clinical approach
-Expand pcos.com to other conditions and a full scale HSA marketplace that offers solutions that are the foundation of N of 1 / personalized medicine that addresses the root cause let’s go Sean Sullivan
-Have a clearly designed framework for what actual health insurance could look like (think end of life annuity, federal stop loss fund for rare genetic disease, catastrophic for acute care, supplemental for chronic disease, stipends for personalized prevention, partnerships with food/grocery, etc) let’s go Stacy Mays
-Be part of creating an alternative for true catastrophic coverage a new design of health insurance - think more CrowdHealth and less Oscar Health
-End the year with a minimum of 2 cross-sector use cases designed to drive human outcomes in place (think of a collab with The Chef's Garden, Inc. CJ Foods Costco Wholesale Kroger Health Nudj Health HealthTap PreventScripts Community Health Network focused on ending and preventing chronic disease in a population)
-Expand my amazing tribe of agriculture, food and healthcare leaders (and rebels) and support them in their own aspirations
-Provide inspiration to others that we can end the chronic disease epidemic and redesign food and healthcare around human health by writing in our foodishealth substack and in 2026 - speaking more…
-Take better care of my own health, avoid completely tapping myself out (I’m not a fan of starting 2026 in bed with a cold now on day 5 and yes I’m doing all the things)
-Be more present for my family. Moments are fleeting.
-Somehow, someway, inspire my son out of metabolic syndrome
-Ski tour again in Norway
-Support a gathering in Portugal of others that believe that how we live matters, to re-centre what sustains life, treating food, land, body, and thought as inseparable. Thoughtful dialogue that chooses presence over noise and responsibility over convenience.
-Think globally. Think new design from the ground up that is centered on human health. Go to India
Go BIG or Go home. And rest up?!
