I really want to like this story, but I found it a bit confusing. All those percentages left me wondering what on earth was going on. I guess my takeaway is that the Greens would be winning if only the right questions were asked. But surely winning a poll is not the same as winning an election (ask Reform who pollsters had awarded Caerphilly only for voters to bite them on their backsides). I guess, given your name, that you are advocating for PR. Have a look at Wales. Without PR Reform/UKIP/Brexit Party couldn’t get near power. With limited PR they got a handful of Senedd Members but were stopped by representative democracy asserting that people did not want them as their representatives. Now with full PR they are a whisker away from victory. In Italy Meloni would not be in power but for PR. Just be careful what you wish for, would be my advice.
