Well Stephen, if you must! I would plumb for Ilford FP4. Ignore the fact that I mistakingly voted for Tri-x 400! FP4 was always my go to. A bit less forgiving than HP5 maybe but I loved how punchy it was. Rate it at 80 and tell the lab. I got a great service from Wex. Details on their site.
