I think a lot about this, too. I see small selection committees with one or two very powerful outspoken people. They end up swaying the jury and making their opinion have more weight.

I also want to see more commissions in the mid range budget- like have two projects at $100k instead of just one big project at $200k

It brings opportunities for more artists and each commission feels less precious.
