Wonderful! One of my mantras for decades has been the “”feel the fear and do it anyway” one. I told my kids that and now my grandchildren, along with “take reasonable risks”. (a reasonable risk can be whitewater rafting, jumping off cliffs into deep rive pools, etc). Knowing horses are prey animals and freak out over a plastic bag floating by (or a bunny in the path!), I had not thought of them as fearless fighters. Thanks for the insight!
