Make money doing the work you believe in

I was talking to a founder yesterday who was coming out of YC and trying to decide exactly what problem to tackle and to truly understand the customer, they registered for IT/Cyber conferences and went and shadow shopped competition, talked to MSP owners and others in the industry to learn as much as they can!

If you are just DMing 3 or 4 people before trying to start a startup, this is who you are competing with!

Not many go the extra mile to really learn a market!
