And their behavior is the same problem as with emotionally-incontinent basketball Americans -- they've never been spanked for bad behavior in public. Imagine this as a spoiled, undisciplined teenager talking back to a teacher who doesn't dare paddle her insolent ass because the law says that's abuse, and you'll have the picture.

Time to bring back not only paddling, but also the scold's bridle.
