My work as a physician gives me a window into something really special.
I get to be part of women’s journeys as they try to make sense of their bodies, their brains, and this strange season we call midlife.
I sit with women who are exhausted, confused, sometimes scared by how different they suddenly feel.
The brain fog.
The anxiety.
The sleep falling apart.
The feeling like the strategies that worked for decades suddenly don’t.
And slowly, piece by piece, we start connecting the dots.
Hormones. The nervous system. The brain.
Things that once felt random start to make sense.
One of my favorite parts of this work is watching the moment women realize they’re not broken.
They were just never taught how powerful their biology actually is.
That’s why I write here.
Because women deserve to understand what’s happening inside their own bodies.
