I have a crazy theory that Nations are only seen as such in the perspective of the serfs. The executives/ruling/predator class has another perspective entirely. A major key to decoding this is understanding what happened after the "14 Eyes", intelligence agreement. Historically, organizations do not stop growing once they start. They fracture, or change leadership, but they do not just cease to exist. So what happened with this collective of intelligence gathering agencies?
