The problem with this assumption is that the hardware needed for data centers is expensive, only getting more expensive. More likely is consoles will use built-in A.I. to improve graphics(see PS5 pro), helping keep costs of hardware down. Gamers will have to choose how the future of gaming plays out. Do they want a streaming future or use of A.I. in consoles.
