Vandergriff is exactly right this is not just a curriculum review it is an attempt to reset the entire culture of military education.

The focus on outcomes based learning and real warfighting competence is long overdue and grounded in what the system was supposed to do all along.

But here is the real test if promotions and command selection are not aligned with these outcomes the system will absorb this reform and continue producing the same results.
