My favorite is one of the recipes you put out quite a few months ago: Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, whey protein. I took 500 g of Greek yogurt, 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 75 g of whey protein, add a little bit of vanilla and yes, I add a little bit of powdered sugar with salt… And this is what I eat at Night around 2200/2230, a nice bowl of it with a glass of milk. And then I don’t have the cortisol wake up call at 4 AM. I can sleep through the night.
