Semiya, you need rest as much as you need to dedicate time to learning and studying. My best friend is also doing CA and I know it can be very overwhelming. Please take care of yourself while studying and achieving your goals. Having studied for CAT myself, I know how days stretch into weeks and how we start looking at days just as a means to finish syllabus.
