It is probably true that increases in these inputs won't stop the LLM buildout. Independant of constraints around the Strait of Hormuz, how much are LLM service providers building their usage and buildout costs into pricing? It is not clear to me how much can be said about present or projected future demand levels if some costs are not being fully priced in.
