There’s at least some consolation to having a green silver lining in all this chaos. And the fact that Trump hates renewable energy makes the indirect effects of his stupidity even more satisfying. On the negative side, it would seem that his defunding of green energy initiatives in the midst of spiking oil prices will mean more short-term pain for Americans. But most of all, I’m concerned for our troops who are being placed in harm’s way.
