Maybe it’s not just that everyone is using AI for writing but we spend so much time reading AI chats that it is influencing our outputs.
Gives a new cost to reading Linkedin posts as well. I imagine Linkedin will grow into more like Facebook while newer professional networks and better job boards/alternative solutions take over eventually
The only reason people come to Linkedin is because of professional network effects and the job board. If both of those get worse over time, the value of the platform would fall.
But I could be wrong. Maybe the network effects are more solid for this generation. But for the next generation of professionals, maybe this platform will feel too ‘ick’ to be used.
