One thing we must remember is that whenever the federal government violates their delegated powers given by the states and the people of the states to the federal government that violation whether it be law, rule, regulation, mandate, treaty, international agreement, EO is null and void of law. The heart of soul of those delegated powers can be found in Art. 1 Sec. 8 of the Constitution. Although the federal government has power over naturalization they do not have the authority to twist the original intent of the Constitution. This is why I am totally against all 501(c)s.....nowhere in Art. 1 Sec. 8 does it say they can tax some people and let others become billionaires and not pay a penny in taxes. If one were to follow the Constitution they would know that we are only to be taxed to support the functions delegated to the federal government in Art. 1 Sec. 8. Not their twisted interpretation but the original intent. IE: Most of the agencies under the Executive branch are totally unconstitutional yet we say nothing and continue to pay taxes and fund them. We do not need a civil war in this country we need a complete tax boycott.
