A decade ago he warned that social media's incentives rewarded engagement above all else. Doom-scrolling, addiction, distraction.
Now with AI, the incentives reward speed. The faster you ship, the more market share you capture, the more capital you raise, the further ahead you are.
It's a prisoner's dilemma of the highest order.
