Make money doing the work you believe in

Feel like the Waymo vs Uber is a bit of a strawman; for many types of relational labor the "human authenticity" is deeply constitutive of the thing. A robot tantra workshop is not just a slightly worse tantra workshop, it's not a tantra workshop at all.

To be silly for a minute, imagine everyone choosing between a future populated with other humans, and one where they are the only human. Obviously the former is preferred by everyone except some lunatic.

Think a lot of what's driving the revealed preference for digital substitutes is not so much a deep truth about what humans prefer but the way experience goods are priced (before the moment of consumption), meaning you can sell people a sawdust version of "adventure" or "connection" and convince them it's what they really wanted with advertising, and price out the real deal. And then people learn to prefer it, as per Elster's "sour grapes".
