Couldn’t agree more. I think another aspect, maybe this falls under governance, is Alignment.

It’s one thing for someone to come up with a best in class workflow, but a whole other trick to get others on board.

Ultimately still flows through judgment from the top, but how that plays out in reality I’m not sure. Prob looks diff org to org, but wonder if any are coalescing around some best practice of how to start getting all this implemented in real business
