I love learning about this. Northerner who loves rice and cooks it in Asian and Indian styles. Also love jambalaya but have been intimidated to make it. Thank you and I hope you and Admin Tim can get us that Chicken Bog family recipe later this year!!! I think your work-around on that is so clever. : ) By me, you’d be honoring your dad’s legacy to make his recipe famous.
