I totally enjoyed reading this article, I am an astral traveler myself, and you have touched on some very important parts of the practice that the new age crowd often overlook. I prepare myself every single day for astral travel, just in case I happen to hit that just right state in my sleep, and my spirit decides to wander. I recently had an episode of travel that was brought on by an MRI, it was the first time that I had traveled without placing myself in trance first, the electromagnetic field did the work, I was just along for the ride.
