I think with respect to VC due diligence, even the legal side of it, such as analyzing a term sheet or the shareholder agreement, can be done with contract review tools and due diligence that are trained on such clauses to flag risks such as anti-dilution provisions and valuations. I write a blog in substack titled “The LegalTech Thesis” wherein I analyze LegalTech startups, trends and opportunities to invest in the space. I’ve written a piece on how AI-driven due diligence tools can automate legal due diligence in M&A deals. Would love to get your thoughts on it!
