I probably should have written this a month ago or so, when I was getting all of my notifications around upcoming Annual General Meetings, most of which contain a vote for Say On Pay, but it’s not (yet) too late - I still have some AGMs coming up and this article will hopefully remain relevant, regardless of the time of year.
