The fire and furnace distinction is strong. The place I would press is one step earlier: what kind of field lets the fire arrive truthfully?

Need can be disclosed safely and still arrive distorted — as social performance, as the old wound trying to please the requester, as the fragment that fits the role assigned at the door. The fire that carries requires disclosure of the whole, received without harvest.

So manifestation ecology may begin with hosting in its older sense: not facilitation inside the room, but the porch light, the prepared threshold, the welcome offered as ‘peace be with you’ to a fellow joint custodian rather than as orientation to a participant.

In our practice the community node is named touch’n’talk because what happens there is physical presence and spoken exchange between custodians while real material moves — not transaction. Without that quality of welcome, the room fills with sophisticated performance and the host detects fires that are really echoes. With it, what wants to arrive can arrive, and the smallest body this shared work can acquire becomes findable.

Then the question becomes: what loop will let it keep acting after the room closes?
