All studies of the effects of Brexit are flawed because they have to deal with opportunity costs and counterfactuals. However, if you're genuinely ‘independent’ (and your mention of the IEA in your bio work suggest you're not), then you have about that the evidence that Brexit has made the UK less rich is very, very strong. I think the Nick Bloom-led paper for NBER in November is the most comprehensive on this.
