Came here from your TT video 🫶. I’m from Cincinnati where the Greeks added water to raw ground meat, cooked it low and slow with spices most often found on today’s Thanksgiving table. If your chili is more a stew than sauce, you did it wrong. It is liquid like a soup and a savory-sweet delight over hot spaghetti and under raw onions and mild cheddar more finely shredded than the famous wheat breakfast biscuits. Add beans 🫘 if you prefer it as a “5Way”.
