Cowardice. Says it all. Never thought of it that way and, suddenly, so many things fall into place. Of course, that is what drives these men (and it is mostly men and we can only feel from the female perspective). My own feeling, additionally, is that girls / women are brought up to centre men, to make their lives better and wonderful and fulfilled, but boys / men are not brought up to centre women and to make their lives better, more wonderful and fulfilled. It is a cultural / global phenomenon and I wonder if that is why men often shy away from facing reality and often don’t take responsibility. Food for thought, thank you so much.
