One build: Your point is that systems always miss something. Here's a second problem that shows up even sooner: Watching a thing changes the thing. The famous example is a factory in the 1920s, where workers got faster the moment they knew they were being studied (The Hawthorne Effect). The study itself did the work, not anything it changed. Physics runs into the same wall. You cannot measure something without nudging it.

So a system that claims to see everything still has one blind spot it can never fix, which is itself. It cannot see how its own watching changes what it watches. Seeing everything does not solve the problem. It just hides the problem inside the watcher.
