Peter, I just received this to my inbox after posting something on various MOUs that we have with foreign nations of the Five Eyes and various signatory nations of UN and NATO to conduct experiments and share technologies. I recall that you have discovered one of these with the Netherlands, I am beginning to think this is a major problem because that is how our governments go around various legal restrictions.

Would you agree this is what the MOU amounts to? I know that one has been setup here in Texas with Mexico for something they called the Plataforma Centinela and with it comes the Torre Centinela, and this pretty much looks like what our FAA has with its Emergency Matrix, the patented PFN TRAC system that basically laid out a wireless sensing and satellite monitoring system capable to disable any vehicle and to monitor any “target.” Now we have an MOU with Mexico to create what could be a Noahide Law prison colony not unlike Gaza, the same structure is being set up with biometrics, drones, etc. I wonder if you have the full MOU that you found in the Netherlands with the United States? I know that you posted a portion of it on StopEG at one point.
