Nice article with some good pointers. Thank you! The community where I live has the same demographics as this country which is to say it is in fairly poor shape but in many of the areas you identify.

People are in factions yelling at each other and stating openly that they do not want to build any bridges. It is pretty sad because this community has some genuine pockets of generosity and care.
