Hi Luke. The question is correct and we are grappling with it in Australia too. The relationship between system design and system pricing has always been sequenced but now it needs to be considered in parallel as design is suddenly no longer centralised.

I’m not sure why you are focussed on fairness - the system has never been about that. Any business that can’t shift its load can purchase a battery if needed.
