Make money doing the work you believe in

I lived in Seattle for 36 years and loved it. As great as it was, it was hard to watch it decline as it did over that time. I knew a young woman from another good family who became addicted in high school and shared your sister’s fate.  It was very hard to watch that too - and the pain it caused her family who found themselves, like you, unable to prevent her dying on the streets.  But the hardest thing for me to watch has been the combination of culture and politics in Seattle that generate cowardice instead of firm, controlling action with people unable to make sound choices for themselves.  I truly appreciate your voice - passionate and articulate.  You speak with the clarity to redirect conversation on this. It can help save this amazing city, as well as the many souls who are dying on its streets. Thank you, Michael.
