Really insightful and I believe that it’s a really relevant topic at the moment. Definitely needs to be a matter of discourse in the Ethiopian community and immigrant communities as a whole. I love that you sighted scripture and the fathers to really drive home the point that struggling with mental health and seeking help isn’t veering away from a spiritual life but can act as a supplement to it.
