Mr Kamath I am one of the oldest clients of Zerodha. While I admit that Zerodha platform is far superior to the high priced platforms like ICICI Direct & HDFC Securities, the Compliance team should improve their services than merely acting as postmen when a case is escalated to them. They merely forward the Mail to Customer Support team. I hope you will share this view with the compliance team & tell them to monitor the progress of the issues raised with them
