Make money doing the work you believe in
Stopping CCUS subsidies - already allocated £21.7bn but which could go £0.25trillion by 2050 - would be a very good place to find this funding. Buses could actually be made free using this money (as it is huge, and currently a huge black hole with no benefits) which in my view would make much more of a step change in building real public transitin UK.
