Thank you for sharing this Andye! Thank you for your courage and letting us bear witness. I can relate to much of what you have shared, except with my parents. I have been thinking recently that it is time to publicly share my story, which has previously only been shared in parts in therapy, healing sessions, and with very close friends. Not that I owe anyone that, but more so as a final step of my own healing to express freely my truth and experiences.
